We charge a deposit to reserve your appointment. The full value of the deposit will be applied to your jewelry purchase. 

​

Please book individual appointments for each person in your group. The appointment booking allows for 1 person to have their jewelry welded. 

​

If you change or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your appointment or do not show up, the deposit will be forfeited. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you are considered a no-show unless you've made us aware. If you show up late and miss your time slot, you will be moved to the next available time slot or to another day depending on availability.
